Dr. Sun Zhongwei is an advocate of Chinese herbal nutrition, a senior blood sugar reversal instructor, and an associate professor. He earned his Ph.D. in Sports Science from the School of Social Sciences at Tsinghua University (2014) and completed his postdoctoral research at the Institute of Information Technology, Tsinghua University (2019). With 10 years of experience as an associate professor at a Double First-Class university and a background as a professional manager at a Fortune Global 500 company.
He is now dedicated to helping people over 40 understand herbal nutrition, applying integrated Chinese-Western low-carb blood sugar control techniques, and building comprehensive intervention plans for chronic disease patients involving low-carb diets, precise nutrition, and scientific exercise. For 12 years, he has focused on research in the field of muscle preservation and sugar increase, and in 2025 he published the monograph "Guide to Exercise Nutrition for Type 2 Diabetes Reversal." His proposed 3D Reversal Theory (Muscle Building × Liver Nourishing × Pancreas Regulation) has become the core IP of the Nuogongzi brand.
